What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a reliable contractor in your area?

Be aware that good carpenters and builders at the coast have acquired a very important knowledge of building specifically for the unique weather conditions at the coast, which requires a very different expertise than someone who builds inland. What questions should customers think through before talking to one of our professional contractors about their project?

Most importantly, have a good "basic" understanding of what it is that you are wanting to have accomplished by the completion of their project; as well as what they intend to budget financially. More specific information will come when you are in the estimating phase for the new home construction or home remodeling services.
